This is where the real work happens. We kick off with a one-on-one call to go deep on your goals, wishlist, and non-negotiables.
All you need are existing real estate plans and a commitment to maximising your layout!
Within 5 days you’ll have a minimum of 4 tested layout options to review, each looking at different ways we can meet your brief.
Step 1 - FREE Reno Ready Call
Not sure where to begin? Jump on a free 30-minute group Zoom where we cover the most common layout mistakes, what a real floor plan review looks like, and how to get renovation ready. You’ll leave with the Reno Ready checklist and a clear sense of your next step.
Once your layout is locked, we go deeper on your kitchen. I draw up your joinery in detail so you can see exactly where every appliance lives & how much storage you actually have.
The final step that takes everything from concept to construction-ready. I produce a full set of dimensioned CAD drawings — demolition plan and new works floor plan — that you can hand directly to a builder for initial pricing. For renovations that don’t require council approval, this is all you need to get started.
Over to you - Each client reviews the concepts and marks them up via a simple online collaboration tool, tell me what you love and what isn’t working, and we’ll schedule a detailed feedback Zoom to bring it all together. By day 14, you have a finalised dimensioned concept floor plan — a layout that genuinely works for your home and your life.
